This is the place where it is necessary to keep a special amount of moisture, pressure, temperature, and certain amount of particles. For this process you have to use special multilayer panel walls, covered with ceilings, antistatic flooring. In order to maintain the required humidity, temperature and particle content, the air conditioning and recuperative system is driven specifically for clean rooms. For monitoring of all parameters in each room there are constantly measuring sensors, which inform about some or other inconsistencies.
